Fran twisted sharply in the changing room and peered over her shoulder. It couldn’t be – could it?
She turned back again, and dared to look at her reflection. The dress shimmered in the pearly light, a shifting, iridescent blue, as if whispering silken secrets. Fran lifted one hand and traced her fingers – haltingly – down her figure. She couldn’t quite believe it, but the dress was a perfect fit.
