“You always think you feel something in the air,” was the reply. “If they were in here, where would they be?” It sounded as though the second voice was turning in a circle as he spoke and she imagined he was turning in a circle with his arms outstretched.
“I don’t know!” came the frustrated reply. “All I know is that I felt a ripple in the air and it felt centered around the cave. Maybe the female shifted into something else.”
“Ok, but if she did… where’s the demigod? He wouldn’t have left her alone if she’s as pregnant as we were told she was.”
