Stolen Freedom by Jessica

The story in this submission was inspired by the release earlier this month of a harrowing report by the Mother & Baby Homes Commission of Investigation in Ireland, which gave details of the horrendous treatment of women at the hands of the Catholic Church. This story is based on a number of different stories from that report, to give an indication of the hell these women went through when they fell pregnant outside of wedlock and had their freedom cruelly taken from them.
