Patient is awake and oriented. Appears well groomed in hospital attire. Semi-cooperative, suspicious, hostile at times. Remains thought-disordered with derailment and rumination. Paranoid delusions persist - talks of secret organizations, underground meetings, spyware, and assassination attempt. Poor insight.
